IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist

As an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist, you help teams stay operational, productive, and confident in their technology. Your work keeps systems running, users supported, and issues resolved before they become problems. You’ll troubleshoot, assist, and maintain IT environments in settings where reliability and responsiveness matter.

Responsibilities:

Provide first- and second-line technical support to users

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems

Support users with tools such as Microsoft 365, email, and business applications

Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up until resolution

Document solutions, processes, and recurring issues

Requirements:

Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows environments and common business tools

Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently

Good communication skills and user-focused mindset

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests

Bonus skilled:

Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)

Knowledge of macOS or Linux environments

Familiarity with Active Directory and user management

Basic cybersecurity awareness and best practices

Experience with remote support tools
